Kenny Wayne Shepherd Indianapolis Concert reviews
Peters was Very Good
I gave a 4 star rating only for Kenny Wayne Shepherd. We arrived at 7:30, knowing the show 'started' at 8 pm. All that was before him, was average at best. We had to listen to that NOISE for an hour total. We pleaded with someone to have it stopped, but they said it couldn't be stopped. Once outside, many people were outside for the same reason. It truly was absolutely HORRENDOUS.
There was no reason the show had to start 40 minutes late. I wasn't the only one who had to leave my seat. The noise those DJs were producing was like nails on a blackboard. In fact, it was 8:36 pm and there was no end or beginning in sight. They said it was delayed because there was an unbelievably long line at Will Call. I had to stand outside because I literally was going to scream. I would not include them in any other shows.
Between the irritating noise from the DJs and the delay in the program's start, it was hard to enjoy the opening acts. A 10-15 minute delay is ok, but 40-45 minutes was unacceptable.
